Authors of accepted full and short papers to CONVERSATIONS 2025, should submit their cameara-ready versions through the Easychair conference management system. Deadline for camera-ready versions is November 26.

All camera-ready versions should be include source and pdf. Also, all camera-ready versions should be accompanied by a completed and signed Licence to Publish form (note: digital signature not accepted by Springer, so you need to print, sign, and scan).

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use the relevant proceedings templates, either for LaTeX (zip-file) or for Word (zip-file), for the preparation of their papers. Authors should also ensure to familiarize themselves with Springer Editorial Policies and Authors’ Code of Conduct.
